We recently released the External Endpoints feature which provides a mechanism that allows your devices to connect to scriptr.io and send their data over MQTT and WebSockets. This out-of-the-box solution makes it very easy for you to start receiving device data and processing it with minimal effort. The way it works is simple. Most IoT applications require monitoring the status of devices, collecting and aggregating the data they receive from various sources in order to derive information from it. Status data and aggregated data are then displayed to the end users in dashboards.
